What work can a seat do?
The tasks listed for each seat on this site. Tell us what you need and we will confirm the fit on the call.
How many hours does a seat work?
30 hours per week, guaranteed.
What about time zones?
We overlap 2 to 3 hours with your working day. This can be adjusted to your requirement.
Which software do you work in?
Xero, QuickBooks, SAP and Oracle. Other platforms on request.
Who supervises the work?
You direct the day-to-day work. The work is supervised by partners of R V Advisory Services Private Limited.
Can I start with one week?
Yes. You can hire either seat for a week or a fortnight.
How do I pay?
Nothing is paid through this website. Terms and invoicing are agreed directly after your call.
Do you prepare US tax returns?
Not at present.
What if a seat is not the right fit?
We can replace the seat. The terms are discussed and agreed case by case.
How is my data protected?

How fast will you reply?
Within one working day.
How will I know what has been done?
You receive a daily work update by email and a weekly review call.
What is the launch offer?
We are launching our services for firms in the United States, Canada and Australia. Every seat is at least 25 percent off, and the Remote Accountant seat has a free one-week trial.
How does the free trial week work?
You get the Remote Accountant seat for one week, with 30 hours of work, free. You agree one clear task with us first, for example a ledger clean-up or a month-end close. There is one free trial per firm. If you continue after the week, the launch offer prices apply.
